Happy Birthday Captain Evil! and Tanel’s famous cauliflower recipe

Two years ago today, Captain Evil came into this world. Tom had just started working for Audioholics wrote this article as a follow up.

So this past weekend, my parents and my brother (and wife and kids) came up to visit to celebrate Captain Evil’s 2nd and my father’s xxth birhtday. I’ve been perfecting this cauliflower side dish for a while and promised the relatives that I would post it on our website.

a head of cauliflower cut up into florets
3 T olive oil
3T balsamic
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1/4 C chopped cilantro
1/4 C freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

set oven to 450 C

1. mix olive oil, balsamic, and garlic in a small bowl
2. mix with cauliflower florets in a bowl until coated pretty evenly
3. bake in a casserole for 23 minutes and mix halfway through
4. mix in the cilantro and parmigiano and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes
5. serve hot
