OurFirstMarriage #67: Camping and Disney
It’s getting late in the night and Tom is getting sicker by the minute. People are too tired to lean into the mic (except for Theresa) so volume levels are a little… off. First the camping location is discussed and then the trip to Disney. Pat thinks that extended stay passes to theme parks are a good deal. Flexibility is key. Some kids need their routine. Pat quotes Tom (that’s all he needs). Punkalicious’ first rollercoaster was… Space Mountain! At 4 1/2 that’s pretty impressive. How Grandfathers may have an easier time introducing your child to new things than you do. No matter what you think is cool, your kids are sure to disagree. Tom admits to being wrong. Theresa and Pat share a great “listen to your child” story. Sometimes you feel like you are putting people out when you are actually doing what everyone needs.
