Oops I forgot to add that whenyou put your needle into the material
you must rotate the project THEN put the foot down. It’ll make a nice sharp corner.
I have not seen Julie and Julia but I want to. I read the book and enjoyed it. And while I never had a desire to make or eat an aspic, the book convinced me that I was right.
I know, we’re such wimpy Floridians – luckily, it has warmed up, so we’re good with shorts again this week
p.s. Thanks so much for the sewing tips – in the spring, I’m going to try hemming – turning all the patchy pants into shorts!

60 degree weather too cold for shorts?! Our neighbor girl was scooping snow dressed like a hooker! I laughed out loud when I saw her and had to hide to contain my laughter.
It sounds like the kids had fun with grandpa! I wish my son came back all tidy from his grandparents.

adventures! The trick on corners is to stop where you wanna turn put your needle down into the material using the nob put the foot back down and continue.
