tom Pat stopped by on New Years Eve on his way to the big game. Had a bit of Mexican with Tamales and Gazpacho (with cilantro and shrimp). Tried my hand at Spanish rice which came out… well… yellow which is apparently a prerequisite for Spanish rice. Overall, pretty good meal considering I was planning leftovers and no company instead of Pat plus a family of four. Tomorrow, left over Gazpacho and Enchiladas. Report on the next podcast.

Sounds like Christmas was good. We hope new years eve was fun too. Hope you had something fun to drink. We had to go to walmart after
being told at Sams club my husband could not by wine with his 20 yearold wife!!!!! Outrage! How is that handled down there?
